NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES:  The “2010 Ty Rodeo” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on February 28, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 12 years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).  Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of the Red Brand, Keystone Steel & Wire (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Void in Puerto Rico, US territories and possessions located outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where ever else prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:  Visit www.redbrand.com/rodeo during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the “2010 Ty Rodeo Sweepstakes” link in order to be directed to the official online entry form.  Then enter the year you were born and (with your parent or legal guardian’s permission if between the ages of 13 and 18) complete the official online entry form in its entirety including your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, email address, telephone number (including area code) and date of birth NOTE:  Entrants under the age of 13 will be directed to a separate entry form and will be required to complete it by entering only their first name, their email address, parents or legal guardians first name, last name, and email address.   Upon clicking the “submit” button you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
There is no limit to the number of entries that may be obtained throughout the Sweepstakes Period.   In the event of a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be assigned to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants.  All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries.
WINNING: On or about March 8, 2010, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules and are final and binding in all respects.  Odds of winning a prize will be dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes.  The Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor) will be notified by telephone, email or registered mail following the random drawing.  NOTE:  GRAND PRIZE WINNING MESSAGES WILL NOT BE LEFT ON ANSWERING MACHINES IF NOTIFIED BY TELEPHONE.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a One (1) night trip for four (4) people to the 2010 Mesquite Rodeo, having an Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of $4,000 (the “Trip”).  Trip includes; (a) roundtrip air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (the “Travel Companions”) from a major airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s legal US residence to Mesquite, TX; (b) One (1) night (double occupancy) hotel accommodations; (c) four (4) Box Suite tickets to the 2010 Mesquite Rodeo (the “Event”); (d) meet and greet with professional saddle bronc rider Ty Achison in Suite; (e) roundtrip ground transportation from the Hotel to the Rodeo; and (f) roundtrip ground transportation from airport to hotel in Mesquite, TX.  Expenses of a personal nature (including but not limited to meals/beverages, gratuities, phone calls, gift shop purchases, etc) or any other expense not provided herein as part of the Trip are the sole financial responsibility of the Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor) and Travel Companions.  Grand Prize winner/Travel Companions must travel by the date indicated by the Sponsor in accordance with the dates of the 2010 Mesquite Rodeo (on or about June, 2010/pending Event finalization) and must confirm travel dates with Sponsor at least thirty (30) days prior to date of departure or prize will be forfeited and another winner selected (see PRIZE CLAIM section of these official rules). In the event the Grand Prize winner and Travel Companions cannot travel on the dates indicated by the Sponsor after the 2010 Mesquite Rodeo dates are announced, the prize will be forfeited, no alternate prize will be awarded to such Grand Prize winner, and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected. All travel is subject to space availability at time of request, blackout dates (including holidays) and other restrictions may apply.  Tickets / Itineraries are final once confirmed and may not be changed for any reason, other than at the Sole discretion of the Sponsor.  No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any cancellation or rescheduling of the Event in whole or in part.  In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the Event, no alternate or substitute prize for such cancellation or rescheduling will be awarded.  Grand Prize winner and Travel Companions must travel on same itinerary and must have valid required travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, birth certificate, etc) before departure.  Grand Prize winner and Travel Companions are solely responsible for determining and obtaining, each at his / her own cost, required travel documents.  In the event the Grand Prize winner is under the age of 18, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must be one of the three (3) Travel Companions. All federal, state and local taxes, including but not limited to any taxes imposed on the income of the Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor) as a result of winning the Grand Prize, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor).  Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, combined with any other offer or redeemed for cash, except at the Sole Discretion of the Sponsor. Any difference in the stated ARV of the Grand Prize and the actual cost of the Grand Prize at time of booking will not be awarded. No transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.  The Grand prize is taxable as income and Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor) is solely responsible for any taxes on the Grand Prize, including but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes.  No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. 

PRIZE CLAIMS: Except where prohibited, potential Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor)  must sign and return to the Independent Administrator, within seven (7) days of receipt, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (the “Release”) and an IRS Form W-9 in order to claim prize.  If the potential Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor) fails to sign and return the Release, IRS Form W-9 or driver’s license within the required time period, the potential Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor) forfeits his/her right to the Grand and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  The Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor) consent to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if Entrant is a minor) agree:  [a]  to abide by and be bound by these rules and decisions of Sponsor and Independent Administrator which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these rules; [b]  to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies (including the Independent Administrator) and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and  [c] if the Grand Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor), to the use of their name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor’s subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.  Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies (including the Independent Administrator) and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes and their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor and / or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.   Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices  or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.  If, for any reason whatsoever, this Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.  All federal, state and local regulations apply.
