Red Brand Liability Statement - INSTALLER AGREES THAT REDBRAND SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF HOMEOWNER FOR ANY WORK PERFORMED. NO EMPLOYEE OF EITHER SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE IN THE EMPLOY OF THE OTHER, NOR SHALL EITHER PARTY HAVE ANY RIGHT OR AUTHORITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE OTHER. INSTALLER AGREES TO MAINTAIN ANY NECESSARY BONDING, LICENSING, AND INSURANCE AS NEEDED FOR ANY PROJECT PERFORMED. INSTALLER SHALL NOT USE THE RED BRAND LOGO OR IN ANY WAY REPRESENT HIS/HER BUSINESS AS ENDORSED OR RECOMMENDED BY RED BRAND OTHER THAN WHAT WAS PROVIDED BY RED BRAND. INSTALLER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD RED BRAND HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY DEMANDS, CLAIMS, CHARGES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF ANY WORK PERFORMED BY INSTALLER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS BY ANY CUSTOMER, SUBCONTRACTOR OR ANY OTHER ENTITY. REDBRAND CAN TERMINATE THE RELATIONSHIP AT ANY TIME.

 

I have read the Red Brand Liability Statement and agree to abide by it. Further, I understand that Red Brand will have the final determination of my participation in the CFI program.
